Aker BP ASA to hold fixed income investor meetings

Aker BP ASA (OSE: AKRBP) today announced that a series of fixed income investor
calls has been arranged. A multi-tranche U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark Rule
144A / Reg S senior unsecured notes offering may follow subject to market
conditions. The purpose of the contemplated notes issue is for general corporate
purposes.
