Aquila Holdings ASA (Carbon Transition ASA) – change of the company name and ticker symbol

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Carbon Transition ASA on
24 May 2023 regarding the change of the company’s name from Carbon Transition
ASA to Aquila Holdings ASA. The name change is now effectuated. In connection
with the change of name, the company will also change its ticker symbol from
“CARBN” to “AQUIL”.
