Zaptec ASA: Disclosure of voting rights at Zaptec ASA AGM

At the close of business on 30 May 2023, Stig Harry Christiansen, Chairman of
the board of Zaptec ASA ("Zaptec"), held the following voting rights in Zaptec
for the purpose of the annual general meeting on 14 June 2023:

• 50,000 shares and votes held by Mr. Christiansen himself, representing
approximately 0.06 per cent of the share capital of Zaptec; and
• A power of attorney without voting instructions to represent and vote for
10,400,000 additional shares, representing 11.9 per cent of the share capital of
Zaptec.
