New management structure in Quantafuel

Following Viridor’s acquisition of Quantafuel, Lars Rosenløv is stepping down
from his position as CEO of Quantafuel. Rosenløv will be replaced by Terje Eiken
who will lead the company’s integration with Viridor. Terje Eiken has been with
the company since September 2020.

Quantafuel’s CFO Christian Bekkevold Nilsen will also support the integration
with Viridor, but has decided to step down at the end of November 2023 once the
integration work is complete.
