Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane to become owner and participant in the Sparebank 1-alliance

Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane have today signed an agreement to become part owner
and participant in the SpareBank 1-alliance. Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane will
invest a total amount of MNOK 630 for a 13 % stake in the SamSpar companies. We
expect the transaction to be finalized before January 1st 2024. Because of such
participation, Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane will exit its ownership in Frende,
but will until entering into the alliance continue to distribute Frende
insurance products. Attached is a press release in Norwegian.
