Oslo, 16 February 2023: Meltwater will report its fourth quarter and full year
2022 results on Tuesday, 28 February 2023.

The report for the fourth quarter will be published after 16:30 CET on
www.newsweb.no and on Meltwater’s IR website
https://www.meltwater.com/en/about/investor-relations.

Given the intended voluntary offer from MW Investment B.V. to acquire all shares
of Meltwater, announced to the market on 18 January 2023, the company will not
host an earnings conference call or provide financial guidance in conjunction
with our fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings release.
