Sisco Sapena buys 13,500 new shares of Lleida.net and increases his position in the company

Madrid, August 5th - Lleida.net's CEO and founder, Sisco Sapena, has increased his stake in the company with the purchase of 13.500 new shares during this week. The operation, carried out at market price and communicated in accordance with the corresponding compliance procedures, represents an additional investment of 76,629 euros, and is equivalent to 0.084% of the company. With this purchase, his stake in Lleida.net amounts to 36.74 per cent of the company, compared to the 36.66 per cent he currently owned. Sapena, who founded Lleida.net in 1995, has bought four shares of his own company this year. Previously, on June 8th, he announced his decision to reinvest all his dividends in buying 12,000 shares of the company at 6.14 euros per share and for a total value of 73,680 euros. Similarly, on February 15, he announced the purchase of another 20,000 shares at 5.01 euros, and in January he bought 15,800 shares for about 100,000 euros at a price of 6.21 euros per share. In total, Sapena has acquired 61,300 shares this year, demonstrating his commitment to the company's future potential. "Lleida.net is the project of a lifetime, and to prove to the market and shareholders that I continue to believe, now more than ever, in its potential and its future, I intend to bet on my company in every possible way," he explained. In 2020, the value of Lleida.net was one of the fastest-growing in the world, with a rise that reached 940 per cent. The company has become in recent years one of the world's leading companies in the certified electronic notification, contracting and signature market. About two weeks ago, Lleida.net announced its results for the first half of 2021, in which it multiplied its pre-tax profit by 91 per cent, compared to the same period of the previous year. In the first half of the year, the company recorded a pre-tax profit of 662,000 euros, compared to 346,000 euros in the first half of 2020. As of June 30, the company's cumulative sales figure already exceeded €8.3 million. Its SaaS line is the fastest growing, especially after the company's decision to continue strengthening its international operations and significantly increase its technical team. Lleida.net is the only company in the world listed on BME Growth in Madrid, Euronext Growth in Paris and OTCQX Best Market in New York.
