The Ordinary meeting of Shareholders of Photonike Capital SA has approved the Financial Statements 2020 with the external Audit released by Vyvey & Co.
The FS2020 has been set according to the BE-GAAP and the total Asset at historical cost is confirmed at 75.359.404 Euro and Own Funds at 67.135.805,22 Euro.
According to a Fair Market Value (IFRS13) the Own Funds FS2020 is increased to 116.862.805,22 Euro, enough to the further step for the filing of a request as Reinsurance License, that will processed in the next week.
It is confirmed at the date of the FS2020 a Nominal Value of 4,27 Euro per share, and a Book Value (See Rapport de Gestion 2020) of 6,83 Euro per share.
