INNOVATIVE-RFK S.P.A. ENTERS IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF INNOVATIVE – SME "RED RAION SRL"

Milan, June 25, 2021 - Innovative – RFK S.p.A.,  holding company listed on the Euronext Access market (Paris), announces the entry into the share capital of Red Raion S.r.l. (tax code 05155680878), through a transaction of subscription of capital increase.

Red Raion S.r.l. is an innovative SME which is worldwide operating in the field of entertainment, specialized in the production of CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) animated films for digital attractions in amusement parks, such as 5D experiential cinema, Dome, Virtual reality and Flying Theater.

innovative - RFK's stake in Red Raion's share capital is currently equal to 20%. 

The CEO of Innovative-RFK – Mr Paolo Pescetto – has been elected as member of the Board of Directors of the company Red Raion - as member of expression of I-RFK - and shall actively participate to the company management activities.

Paolo Pescetto, CEO of Innovative-RFK, declares: "In the years preceding the pandemic we have observed a strong acceleration in the amusement park sector and in particular in attractions based on digital content, precisely the area of specialization of Red Raion Srl. Today, following the gradual openings around the world, the sector is already in a recovery phase, and forecasts for the next few years are healthy. We are therefore very satisfied,  to have firstly directly managed the transaction, and now on to support the growth of Red Raion and to accompany the Company in the development path in the next few years ".   As part of the transaction project, Red Raion Srl has been assisted by the lawyer Fabio Umberto Ferrara, naming partner of Ferrara Studio Legale as Legal Advisor and by Dr. Mario Scuderi, Financial Advisor, Innovative-RFK S.p.A. has been assisted by the Company's Group Legal Counsel, Avv. Joanna Gualano and by the due diligence team of the management company Kayak Srl. The public deed has been sealed by Notary Antonino Sciabica of the Sciabica Notary's Office in Catania.
