KKO INTERNATIONAL REQUESTS CANCELLATION THE LISTING OF ITS EURONEXT GROWTH BRUSSELS SECURITIES

Paris & Bruxelles, 27th of May 2021 – KKO INTERNATIONAL (FR0013374667 – ALKKO – PEA-PME) : KKO International (‘KKO’) announces that following the transfer of the head office from Brussels to Paris, the company is requesting the delisting of its shares (ISIN: FR0013374667) from Euronext Growth Brussels.

The delisting of Euronext Growth Brussels securities is subject to the approval of Euronext Growth and the FSMA and will have no impact on KKO's activities in France and Ivory Coast.

The listing of KKO on the Euronext Growth Paris stock exchange will not be impacted by delisting from the listing of Euronext Growth Brussels securities.
