Indra (BDE:IDR) hires Lleida.net's registered notification and contracting services

Madrid, October 1st - Indra (BDE:IDR), one of the main Spanish technology and consultancy companies, has hired Lleida.net (BME:LLN;EPA:ALLLN) registered notification and contracting services.

It will use its services to manage and notify its own contracts with its clients. This is the second deal that the listed Spanish company announces this week, after the one signed with the Portuguese subsidiary of the human resources company Randstad. Indra is a global supplier, leader in proprietary solutions in specific segments of the Transportation and Defense markets. It is also a leader in digital transformation and information technology consulting in Spain and Latin America through its subsidiary Minsait. "The current context produced by the pandemic leads to a progressive and accelerated adoption of certified contracting and notification tools in the sectors where Indra is present and Lleida.net's certified services will allow greater efficiency and speed in all of them". Explained Sisco Sapena, Lleida.net CEO With 185 patents granted worldwide about certification methods, notification, reception and online contracting, Lleida.net has a patent portfolio, whose titles are commercialized in the Madrid Stock Exchange and Euronext Growth in Paris. Nowadays, 70 countries recognize the legal validity of the Spanish company's electronic methods as a way to certify the legal notifications in contracting processes. Last September, the board approved the Lleida.net IPO for the third time, this time in the New York Stock Exchange. As of yesterday, Lleida.net closed with a capitalization of 132.41 million euros.
