BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and Lleida.net (BNE:LLN) (AL:LLN) initiate joint collaboration for Debt Collections Process Digitalization
Madrid-Warsaw, Oct 2 .- Telecom Operator and eIDAS Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Services Company Lleida.net (BNE:LLN, EuroNEXT: ALLN) has come to an agreement with BNP Poland for using Registered Electronic Communications as an efficient mechanism to digitalize and improve Debt Collections.
This new agreement will allow Lleida.net and BNP Paribas Bank Polska to engage in a faster, easier, more effective way of digitalizing its Debt Collections business processes by using Lleida.net Registered Communications Services, together with existing BNP Paribas Bank Polska debt collections software, as a way to generate “Legally Admissible Evidence” of Debt Claims and Debt Settlement negotiations between BNP Paribas Bank Polska and its Customers.
Lleida.net deployed a set of Registered Communications Services, including but not limited to Registered SMS and Registered SMS Contracts, for utilization by BNP Paribas Bank Polska, starting in September.
The new deployed Registered Communication Services will improve the Debt Collection process for both the Bank and its Customers, by providing an efficient, universally available communication channel, while generating and providing the Legally Valid Evidence of an outstanding debt claim and customer response, without the burden of using any kind of paper-based communication, visits to the Bank offices or missing any important notification or response.
While registered post mail is expensive and does not provide any “evidence of the delivered content”, Lleida.net Registered Communication Services have proven to be an efficient, immediate, cost-effective way to deliver Registered Electronic Communications, with full proof of delivery, timing and contents, with Legally Admissible Evidence in full compliance with European eIDAS Regulations.
Thanks to Lleida.net Patents and services, senders or receivers are not required to have any special software, hardware or device; as an example, BNP Paribas Bank Polska Customers will now receive Legally Admissible Registered SMS Communications in their mobile phones, at no cost or technical implications to them. Same applies to other Registered Communication services by Lleida.net, like Registered Email or Registered Online Agreements.
“This new collaboration framework in Poland is one more evidence of the importance of providing a ‘frictionless business process digitalization” strategy for our customers, and represents a significant opportunity to help organizations of any size and sector to quickly grow in a digital way”, said Sisco Sapena, Lleida.net CEO.
“By continue to work on our internalization process, we aim to create better prospects for our customers and stockholders”, he added.
For Mr. Daniel Astraud, BNP Paribas Bank Polska Vice President of the Management Board in charge of Digital Transformation and Integration, “For several years, BNP Paribas Bank Polska has developed partnerships with start-ups and innovative companies in order to constantly improve services for our 3 million customers. We appreciated the seamless and paperless experience that Lleida could bring along the table. We can now bring this benefit to our clients with communications that are transparent, secured and more relevant from an ecological standpoint. We hope that this collaboration will further unfold its potential, as this kind of solutions combine trust and ease of use that are required in the digital era.”
