CARBIOS files 2017 Registration document

Clermont-Ferrand, France, 27 April 2018 (8:00 PM CEST) – CARBIOS (Euronext Growth Paris: ALCRB), pioneer company in the field of bioplasturgy, announces to its shareholders and the financial community that it has published its registration document for the December 31, 2017 year-end.

The registration document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) on April 26, 2018 under the number R.18-030.

Copies of the document are available in French free of charge, pursuant to applicable law, and can be downloaded from the Company's web site at www.carbios.fr under the « Investors - Documentation – Financial reports » section, as well as on www.amf-france.org.
