ACOMO N.V.
Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (‘Acomo’) has extended its current working capital bank facilities for a total of € 200 Million with a three year term.
The conditions of the facilities have improved and reflect the trust that the group of banks have in the company, says CFO Allard Goldschmeding. Again, the facilities have a three year term with options for an additional two years.
Rabobank International and ING Bank acted respectively as coordinator and facility agent. The fact that the group of banks involved in the group financing remains the same, shows mutual satisfaction regarding the cooperation. The banks involved are: Rabobank International, ING Bank, HSBC Bank en Fifth Third Bank.
