Aware that continually improving its social and environmental footprint requires continuous monitoring, assessment and analysis, the Group has established a cross-segment CSR policy for all its employees and adapted to all levels of the organization : it has made CSR part of its identity by always seeking to improve its performance across all aspects of CSR and engaging employees and business stakeholders alike. Although the Executive Committee is the driving force behind CSR initiatives, individual sites and local teams are given the latitude to implement policies as effectively, collectively and pertinently as possible.

Our products make a positive contribution and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The Goals aim to overcome global challenges such as inequality and climate change, and present the opportunity to put the world on a more sustainable path.  As part of our new CSR roadmap, we have set targets to make further improvements to our environmental impact, to the safety of our employees and to the diversity and inclusion of our workplaces.
