Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: 1,576,110 shares representing 80% of the Offer - Book runner: ARKEON FINANCE The number of shares offered within the Global Placement may be increased by shares offered in the OPO. Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS. - Number of shares: 394,027 shares representing 20% of the Offer The number of shares offered within the OPO may be increased by shares offered in the Global Placement up to a maximum of 30% of the Offer.
Admission on Alternext:
- 6,121,606 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of YIN PARTNERS, and
- a maximum of 1,451,680 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of 1,970,137 shares (518,457 existing shares and 1,451,680 new shares) will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO).
The operation would be cancelled should 75% the capital increase would not be realised. There won't be any existing shares sold should the capital increase not be fully realised.
