The share reference quote will be notified on 17 December 2004. This will be the last quoted price in Belgium on 16 December 2004, ie the day prior to the first quotation on the Euronext Paris Second Marché. Quotation threshold: 20 % of the reference quote. WDP shares will be traded in France with bearer form.
Admission to listing on the Second Marché of the Belgium company Warehouses De Pauw (WDP), for the 7 885 249 ordinary shares with unknown value, as from 17 December 2004 representing the issued share capital of WDP.
As the company's shares are already quoted on the Belgium Stock Exchange, float 70%, the admission of the WDP shares in France will not be accompanied by the distribution of additional shares to the French public.
