Tekka was founded in the year 2000. The company’s principal activity is the development, production and marketing of cranio-maxillo-facial surgery products (launched in 2000), dental implants (launched in 2004), and orthodontic products (launched in 2005).
Dental Implants should account for c. 80% of turnover in fiscal year ending 2011. The company mainly operates in France, but is expanding geographically.

Tekka Group specializes in designing, producing, and selling medical implants and devices used in the fields of cranio-maxillo-facial surgery, orthodontia, and implantology. Sales break down by activity as follows:

• sales of dental implants and prostheses (74.9%);
• sales of maxillo-facial surgical devices (23.3%);
• sales of orthodontic anchoring systems (1.3%);
• supply of services (0.5%): primarily training services.
