Admission to Alternext of 5 962 791 shares that will comprise the equity of TECHNILINE after a capital increase under a Private Placement of an amount of 5 millions euros to be realised prior to the admission on Alternext.
The admitted shares will represent the total equity and voting rights of the Company and will be participating from 1 January 2005.
The par value of the share is Euro 1. The shares are either in bearer form or in registered form at the choice of the shareholder.
