SOVEP

Admission to Alternext the 556,520 shares that will compose the equity of SOVEP after a Private Placement of an amount of 5M€ realised prior to the admission on Alternext.
The admitted shares will represent the total equity and voting rights of the Company and will be participating from January 1st, 2006. Since June 9th 2006, the par value of the share will be €0,50 under the condition of the board decision of June 8th 2006.

The shares are either in bearer form or in registered form at the choice of the shareholder.
