The reference price of the MAROC TELECOM on the Premier Marché of Euronext Paris will be the Cession Price (price of the public operation led in Morocco) to which will be applied the dirhams /euros conversion rate, published on December 10th, 2004 by Bank Al Maghrib, that is to say 6.16 euros. MAROC TELECOM shares will be traded in France with bearer or registered form.

Operation description

Admission to listing on the Premier Marché of the Moroccan company MAROC TELECOM, for the 879 095 340 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 dirhams, as from December 13th 2004 representing the issued share capital of MAROC TELECOM.

As the company's shares will be quoted as of December 13th 2004, on the Casablanca Stock exchange, float 13%, the admission of the MAROC TELECOM shares on the Premier Marché of Euronext Paris will not be accompanied by the distribution of additional shares to the public.
