Immo Moury is a Fixed-Capital Real Estate Investment Firm (Sicafi) that specializes in owning and managing business real estate properties.
At the end of Mars 2009, assets had a market value (not including fees) of EUR19.2 million distributed by type of asset into offices (45.7%), semi-industrial buildings (21.1%), businesses (16.1%), residences (0.9%), and other (16.2%).

- Nb of securities to be listed: 406.287 - Initial reference price: 50 euros (or the subscription price) Thresholds of listing: As provided in the ETA Nr 2002-433 dated September 20, 2002, the static price range will be set at +/-20% around the reference price. If the price is outside the static price range the stock will be reserved during 15 minutes. The new reference price used will be the treshold (up or down) reached previously. The static price range will be set at +/-10% of this new reference price. Euronext will proceed with two new attempts of +/-10% every 15 minutes. If the price exceeds the trading thresholds, Euronext will inform the participants about the mode of trading continuation.
Euronext Brussels announces that, from 30/06/2008, the ordinary shares described below, which were offered through a Public Subscription Bid as from 9 June 2008 until 25 June 2008 included, issued by IMMO MOURY c.l.s. (Sicafi under Belgian Law) will be listed on Euronext Brussels.
