Admission on Alternext:
- 2,771,374 existing shares rep. the outstanding capital of GROUPE PROMEO, and,
- a maximum of 250,000 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of 340,000 shares will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO).
As of 29 November 2006, share issued by GROUPE PROMEO will be transferred from the market Marché Libre to the market Alternext.
