Grifal S.p.A., an Italian leader in the packaging sector, is also active in the design and production of machines for corrugating, resin bonding and packaging automation. The Grifal group's strategy is to make cArtù® technology and the cushionPaper™ product line new standards in eco-sustainable packaging, by creating an international network of production sites in partnership with packaging manufacturers. The first step in the internationalization strategy was the start-up of cArtù® packaging production in Romania with the creation of Grifal Europe Srl. In 2023, the announcement of the first joint-venture, in Portugal, thanks to an agreement with the industrial group José Neves, based near Porto. The company Seven cArtù Lda brings together expertise and skills in the transformation of corrugated paper-based materials.
