Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: 2,708,004 shares representing 90% of the Offer - Book runner: CM-CIC Securities Fixed-Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS - Number of shares: 300,889 shares representing 10% of the Offer - Issue price: 16.50 euros The number of shares offered within the OPF may be increased by shares offered in the Global Placement.
Admission on Eurolist by Euronext:
- 12,154,906 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of FONCIERE DES 6EME ET 7EME ARRONDISSEMENTS DE PARIS, and,
- a maximum of 1,750,000 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of shares will be offered at a price of 16.5 EUR to public by the way of a Global
Placement and a Fixed-Price Offer (OPF).
