Dynex Energy

Dynex Energy is a Luxembourg based oil & gas investment company which owns a 50% interest with an NRI (Net Revenue Interest) of 75% in the Reeder Dynex joint operating agreement in the United States (the JOA). The JOA has leases extending over 45,000 acres in Comanche and Clark Counties (south-western Kansas near the Kansas-Oklahoma state line). Mississippian rock reservoirs production extends across all of southern Kansas and has produced large quantities of oil and gas and does have the potential for sizeable additional production.
