Operation description

On 26 April 2007, the general meetings of shareholders of the Caisses Régionales de Crédit Agricole Mutuel (CRCAM) du Gard, and du Languedoc du Midi approved the merger by absorption of Gard and Midi CRCAM by Languedoc CRCAM.

After merger, the authorized capital of the CRCAM Languedoc amounts to € 204 215 870 divided into 12 774 184 social parts, 2 542 006 CCI and 5 105 397 CCA, each with a par value of €10.

Operation calendar

- The trading on Midi CCI will be suspended from 11 May 2007 and will not resume - The Midi CCI will be delisted from Eurolist on 15 May 2007 at the end of the trading session - As of 16 May 2007, admission to Eurolist by Euronext
