Operation description

The extraordinary general meetings of shareholders of the Caisses Régionales de Crédit Agricole Mutuel (CRCAMs) for Oise and Brie Picardie approved the merger by absorption of the Oise and Brie Picardie CRCAMs by the Brie Picardie Oise CRCAM.

After merger, the authorized capital of the CRCAM Brie Picardie amounts to 55,456,701 € divided into 24,956,540 social parts, 16,908,614 CCIs and 13,591,547 of 5 € CCAs nominal each.

Operation calendar

- Trading on Oise CCIs will be suspended on Eurolist by Euronext from 8 June 2007 and will be not resume - From 13 June 2007: cancellation of Oise CCIs from Eurolist - 13 June 2007: cancellation of (old) Brie Picardie CCIs from Eurolist – temporary listing on the CVRMR - As of 13 June 2007: admission to Eurolist by Euronext of (new) CCIs Brie Picardie
