bpost is the leading Belgian provider of postal services. The group offers collection, sorting, routing, and delivery services for letters and packages. Its activity is organized into 4 divisions:

• mail collection and delivery: letters, postcards, advertising flyers and documents, newspapers, etc.;
• package distribution. The group also offers logistic and express transport services;
• sales of financial products and services: savings accounts, insurance, loans, etc.;
• other: sales of postal products (primarily postage stamps), supply of document management services, etc.

At the end of 2012, bpost was operating a network of over 1,380 post offices and points of sale.
