On Monday, 3 September 2007, the Mittal Steel class A common shares (commercial name Arcelor Mittal) will be replaced in the following ratio: 1 Mittal Steel class A common share (commercial name Arcelor Mittal), div. 6 fictif att., for 1 new ArcelorMittal share. On Monday, 3 September 2007, the Mittal Steel class A common shares (commercial name Arcelor Mittal) will be replaced in the following ratio: 1 Mittal Steel class A common share (commercial name Arcelor Mittal), div. 6 fictif att., for 1 new ArcelorMittal share. Nb of securities to be listed: 1,417,207,253.
On August 28, 2007, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Mittal Steel Company N.V. has approved the merger by absorption of Mittal Steel Company N.V. (commercial name Arcelor Mittal) (company incorporated under Dutch Law) by the company ArcelorMittal S.A., (company incorporated under Luxembourg Law).
The merger is expected te be effective on September 3, 2007.
- As of 03/09/2007, the Mittal Steel class A common shares (commercial name Arcelor Mittal) will be delisted from Eurolist by Euronext; - From 03/09/2007, the shares issued by ARCELORMITTAL S.A.will be listed on Eurolist by Euronext
