Operation description
Le 28 août 2007, l'A.G.E. de Mittal Steel Company N.V. a approuvé la fusion par absorption de Mittal Steel Company N.V. (nom commercial Arcelor Mittal) (société de droit Néerlandais) par la société ArcelorMittal S.A. (société de droit Luxembourgeois).
Il est prévu que la fusion sera effective le 3 Septembre 2007.
