AffiParis specializes in owning and managing business real estate properties primarily located in the Paris region. At the end of 2008, the group's portfolio included 21 buildings with a total area of 73,100 m2 and a market value (including fees) of EUR238.9 million, broken down by type of asset into offices (92,8%) and activity sites (7,2%). The portfolio is distributed geographically by value as follows: Paris (86,9%), the Paris region (1,8%) and provinces (11,3%).
