Operation description
Admission on Alternext the 8 459 089 existing shares that comprise the equity of ADOMOS. The admitted shares will represent the total equity and voting rights of the company. Since the admission, the shares will be either in bearer form, or in registered form. The par value of the share is Euro 1.
ADOMOS’ shares are currently traded on the Marché Libre. The float represents around 37% of the shares.
