Admission on Alternext:
- 2,544,000 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of ACHETER-LOUER.FR, and,
- a maximum of 1,132,100 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of 1,132,100 shares, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Over-allotment option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 113,210 shares.
The operation would be cancelled if the contemplated public offering was under-subscribed under the threshold of 75%.
