PARIS, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Revolut said on Monday that it had secured a bank license in France after the local regulator and the European Central Bank evaluated its application.

Revolut is in the process of hiring 400 workers in France and plans to open new European headquarters west of Paris, the bank said in a statement.
