Cavendish Hydrogen ASA: Share capital increase registered

July 10, 2026 - Oslo, Norway: Reference is made to the stock exchange filings
by Cavendish Hydrogen ASA (Cavendish Hydrogen, Oslo Børs Ticker: CAVEN) on May
5, 2026 and June 2, 2026 regarding the strategic equity investment and
long-term cooperation with BHDT GmbH and the board of directors' resolution to
increase share capital.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares under
the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The number of new shares to BHDT is 5,940,749 and the
subscription price is NOK 8.73 per share, equivalent to a total cash
contribution to the Company of about NOK 52 million.

Cavendish Hydrogen's new registered share capital is NOK 79,117,788 divided
into 39,558,894 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2 per share.
