Completed repurchase program for HAV Group ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from HAV Group ASA (“HAV”
or the "Company") of 1 July 2026 regarding the repurchase of up to 35,856 own
shares for use in the Company’s share purchase program for employees. The
repurchase program is now completed.

Attached is an overview of the repurchases made in accordance with the "safe
harbor" rules, which include a limitation of 25% of the average daily volume
traded in the last 20 trading days.

At present date, HAV owns 35.856 treasury shares in the Company.
