Reference is made to the announcement made by Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend")
regarding cancellation of shares and reduction of share capital earlier this
week. As a result of the cancellation, Blommenholm Industrier AS' holding of
43,167,130 shares will be equal to 20.47% of the outstanding shares and voting
rights in Vend and thereby crossing the 20% threshold.
