Nykode Therapeutics – resignation of Chair of the Board, Board Members, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Oslo, Norway, March 27, 2025 – Nykode Therapeutics ASA (OSE: NYKD), a
clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and
development of novel immunotherapies, today announced that is has received
notices of termination from Martin Nicklasson, Chair of the Board of Directors
and Elaine Sullivan and Anne Whitaker, members of the Board of Directors.

Further, Nykode has received notices of termination from Michael Engsig, Chief
Executive Officer, Agnete Fredriksen, Chief Scientific Officer & Co-founder and
Harald Gurvin, Chief Financial Officer. They will continue to support the
company until further notice.

The Board will as soon as possible call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to
elect a new Board.
