The Italian Sea Group S.p.A., a global operator in the luxury yachting industry, is specialized in the construction and refit of motoryachts and sailing yachts up to 140 metres, and it's the first builder in Italy for yachts over 50 metres. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

• construction and sale of yachts (88.3%): under the Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi and Picchiotti brands;

• repair, renovation and refurbishment services for yachts over 60 metres (11.7%; NCA Refit).

Net sales (construction and sale of yachts) are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (38%), America (32%) and Asia/Pacific (30%).
