Sandnes, Norway, 8 May 2026: The annual general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (OSE:
VAR) will be held on 29 May 2026 at 15:00 (CEST). The meeting will be held as a
digital event.

Shareholders can participate in the annual general meeting via webcast and also
vote in advance or by proxy. The deadline for advance voting and proxy
registration is 27 May 2026 at 15:00 CEST. Only shareholders registered in
Euronext VPS as of 21 May 2026 are entitled to participate and vote.
