In connection with the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 12 May 2026 (the
"AGM"), the chairperson of the General Meeting has received proxies without
voting instructions representing 10,999,782 shares and votes, equal to 16.72% of
all issued shares and votes. Consequently, the 15% disclosure threshold has been
crossed.
