CMB.TECH - Ex-dividend Date

ANTWERP, BELGIUM, 6 January 2026 – Reference is made to the key information
relating to the interim dividend of which the announcement was confirmed by
CMB.TECH NV (“CMBT”, “CMB.TECH” or “the Company”) (NYSE: CMBT, Euronext
Brussels: CMBT and Euronext Oslo Børs: CMBTO) on 17 December 2025. The Company's
common shares will be traded ex dividend USD 0.05 per common share on Euronext
Brussels and on Oslo Stock Exchange from today, 6 January 2026 and on the New
York Stock Exchange from 7 January 2026.

Dividends payable to shares registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) will
be distributed in NOK, with the conversion from USD to NOK taking place two
business days prior to the payment date to shareholders in Euronext VPS.
