UK's CAA outlines Heathrow expansion oversight measures

Oct 9 (Reuters) - UK's Civil Aviation Authority on Friday outlined measures to strengthen the regulatory framework for Heathrow's existing two-runway and potential three-runway airport, including a new independent committee to oversee expansion expenditure.
