NOL - Disclosure of shareholding

Funds managed by Hayfin Capital Management LLP have sold in aggregate 64,701,756
shares in Northern Ocean Ltd. (“NOL” or the "Company"), representing
approximately 21.33% of NOL's issued share capital and voting rights, following
which funds managed by Hayfin Capital Management LLP do not own any shares in
the Company. The relevant funds managed by Hayfin Capital Management include
Hayfin Hostplus LP, Hayfin Special Opportunities Fund II LP, Hayfin Opal III LP,
Hayfin Partners II LP, Hayfin SOF II Luxco 2 SARL, Hayfin Hostplus Luxco SARL,
Hayfin Topaz LP and Hayfin Topaz Luxco 2 SARL.
This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
