June 8 (Reuters) - Orange has acquired full ownership of MasOrange, Spain's largest telecoms operator, after buying out its joint venture partner in a €4.25 billion ($4.91 billion) deal, it said on Monday.

The French telecoms group completed the purchase of the remaining 50% stake from Lorca after securing all required approvals, including from the European Commission, and will fully consolidate MasOrange. CEO Meinrad Spenger will join Orange's executive committee.
