Arendal, Norway, 3 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 14 April 2026
regarding a fully underwritten rights issue of new shares in the Company (the
"Rights Issue"). Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcements
made by the Company yesterday, 2 June 2026, regarding updated key information
relating to the Rights Issue.
