Ålesund, Norway, October 2 2023

For September 2023, Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) achieved time
charter
equivalent earnings of approximately USD 20 185 per day and fleet utilization of
99%.
For September 2023 GEOS has three PSVs, whereof Energy Swan is contracted on
term
business with Repsol Norway, Energy Empress is contracted on term business in
the Caribbean
and Energy Duchess is trading spot/short term with very high utilization.

Friday 29th September GEOS took delivery of the first out of 4 x PX121, Energy
Paradise will hit the marked mid week 40 – 2023.

The market continues to improve in multiple regions and the Energy Duchess and
Energy Paradise is
well positioned to capitalize on several attractive business opportunities going
forward.
