Delta Lloyd NV is a public company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands.
The Group is a financial services provider offering life insurance, general insurance, fund management and banking products and services with targeted markets being in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Group's Dutch operations accounted for 77% of its total income for 2008 and the Belgian operations accounted for 14% of total income for 2008.
Operation
Offering of up to 63,500,000 ordinary shares. Trading on Euronext Amsterdam is expected to commence on or around Tuesday 3 November 2009.
The subscription period will commence on Monday 19 October 2009 at 9.00 CET and ends on Monday 2 November 2009 at 16.00 CET. Trading on AIW-basis will commence on 3 November 2009. Settlement and definitive trading is scheduled for 6 November 2009.
