Global Placement and Fixed Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: 900,000 shares representing 90% of the Offer (before extension option exercise) - Book runner: Invest Securities Fixed Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS - Number of shares: 100,000 shares representing 10% of the Offer (before extension option exercise) The number of shares offered either within the OPF or within the Global Placement procedure may be modified depending on the demand. If 75% of the capital increase (or 750,000 shares) was not achieved, the operation would be canceled and the orders would become null and void.
Admission on Euronext Paris:
- 6,333,276 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of FONCIERE SEPRIC, and,
- a maximum of 1,000,000 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 150,000 new shares in case the extension option is exercised.
A maximum of 1,000,000 shares, before extension option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Fixed Price Offer (OPF).
Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 150,000 shares.
Price for the offer: 6 euros.
